My morning miracle routine definition is aimed at getting stuff done. Even better whilst the rest of the population is still asleep. There is positive evidence of being an early riser. The physiology of metabolism and cognitive studies reveal decreased anxiety, higher basal metabolic tone, sharpened mental focus, and sequenced mind body connection.

Living by the coast has its benefits. If I am not doing any morning routine, I am forfeiting the space and benefits of the magical mantra of the ocean. It’s for the day to start in the correct context. You are woken either by your alarm clock or maybe you biologically are in tune before any early birds. The body needs to wake up!
